Bella Me Children's Boutique will gladly issue a refund on any items that are not custom made to order. Holiday merchandise is final sale as of the date of the holiday. All Luna Luna dresses and outfits are final sale.  Luna Luna dresses are considered holiday merchandise.  This includes velvet dresses, easter dresses and holiday outfits.  All Christening/Baptism Gowns are custom order and can NOT be returned.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  All Jamie Rae hats and Kensington Baby, headbands and pipette sets are all custom orders and can not be returned.  There will be no exceptions for any Jamie Rae and Kensington Baby Products.  Hand Painted, personalized, or custom designed products cannot be returned.  This includes all hand crafted jewerly and wall decor.

Merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, original tags and in the original bag. Custom orders may not be returned. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization number.  Bella Me Children's Boutique is not responsible for return shipping charges ( all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility). 

Shipping your Returns 

It is always best to send your package in a manner that is trackable, (Fed Ex, UPS or delivery confirmation).  We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.  Upon receipt of your returned item we will issue a refund for the purchase price in the same form of payment used for the purchase.

Damaged Items
We take excellent care in packaging your shipment, but occasionally items are damaged in transit or there are flaws not visible to our shipping department.  Should you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, plese contact us immediately so that we may arrange for replacement and return shipping of damaged/flawed items.
